****HELP ALERT****

 We still have over 40 horses to feed from the Hill Rd case. We are running out of hay and we need help. Please, if you can spare a donation of cash we can buy what we need to get these horses fed until they are adopted… or even better, a donation of hay, we would be eternally grateful, and so would the horses. Winter is coming and we are struggling. Also, as people abandon their animals, we are picking them up and caring for them too. This is going to be a dreadful winter for us here, and if we run out of food for these wonderful creatures,  life will get very ugly for us all. If you can spare any small amount, they will add up to a ton of hay in no time.

These are the GREAT gals from the Amazing saddles 4-H club. They spent all day baking goodies and sold them at the horse show, raised lots of hard earned cash for the horses. Lori, Kathleen and Maggie, you are just truly amazing!!! These girls also took on a very emaciated horse, and they did a grand job of bringing her back. How lucky we are to have them on our side. Thanks girls!!!GREAT smiles!!!!This is Jeff and Debbie, (and Stephanie peeping over the back) they own the Keno Grill, and are huge supporters of our cause, they work hard to put the word out and collect funds to help keep us going. Not only is there good food at the diner, there is great heart and compassion…and tonsa fun too. Thank you guys!!!Here are the greatest gals who ever did your taxes, Pat and Jeanne….they run ”Just The Facts”, a bookkeeping and tax office  in Keno and they also help out with the Farmers Market held on Saturdays through the summer., and they always have a Project Spirit table.  They have gone to a great deal of work to help us, and we just think they are GREAT. The gorgeous blanket was made by my pal Ivy and we just had to show it off. Awesome. Thank you all of the folks in Keno who work hard to keep us going.
