Chase came to us during a large abuse case here in Klamath Falls. Her mother starved to death and we raised her here at the Home farm. She was part of a huge animal abuse case that was very much in the news and on the Humane Society’s books for over 15 yrs.

Getting this finished was a frightening job that we would never have managed without the help of a lot of good people. Baby Chase was quite the celebrity, and her baby picture became the basis for our new logo, kindly designed by Rhea of Yankee designs T Shirts in Chiloquin, and hubby Richard, whose hands were the model of the “Hands on loan from God”.

Our famous baby went to her new home January 1st. I thought letting her go would be the hardest one ever to leave here, but she has the best forever home any horse could ever have. Elena is a superb lady and Chase is loved dearly.
