This is Duzy, she is a 23 yr old mare, and her pal Arnold, a Nubian goat. They were just abandoned. Last time her “owner” showed his face was in June. Her pale skin was so sunburned her eyes were swollen shut. She is very under weight, has dreadful feet and acted very depressed.  Here is Dr John, fixing those long crooked teeth, now she can process food and start the recovery.
